2022 Conference Highlights
The 2022 Keystone State (Pennsylvania) Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association Conference will be held September 14, 2022 through September 16, 2022 at the Toftrees Resort and Conference Center at One Country Club Lane, State College Pennsylvania 16803. We are looking forward to your participation in another great conference this year.
The exhibit area will be open at 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Specific break times will be available throughout the day for participants to engage with the exhibitors.

Exhibit Registration
Platinum Sponsorship – Platinum sponsorship shows you are a leader in the 9-1-1 industry. Benefits of this level included your company logo will be prominently displayed on conference literature, signage and at all conference functions (breakfast, lunch, break, and vendor area). In addition, this level includes four (4) full conference registrations and your company will have priority choice of vendor exhibit space (a carpeted area, 6’ table with skirt, four chairs and electricity).
Cost – $2750.00
Gold Sponsorship – Gold sponsorship shows your strong commitment to the 9-1-1 industry. Benefits of this level include your company logo displayed on conference literature, signage and at all conference functions (breakfast, lunch, breaks and vendor area). In addition, this level includes three (3) full conference registrations and your company will have premium vendor exhibit space (a carpeted area, 6’ table with skirt, three chairs and electricity).
Cost – $1500.00
Silver Sponsorship – Silver sponsorship shows your commitment to the 9-1-1 industry. Benefits of this level include your company name displayed on conference literature, signage and at all conference functions (breakfast, lunch breaks and vendor area), two (2) full conference registrations and vendor exhibit space (a carpeted area, 6’ table with skirt, two chairs and electricity).
Cost – $1000.00
Extra vendor attendees are $150.00 per person.
Vendor Presentations
Vendors wishing to present on Thursday, September 15th, a $500.00 presentation fee is required in addition to the sponsorship fee. Only sponsors may present. Each selected vendor will present for one hour. The fee helps cover the additional cost associate with the renting the facility, A/V equipment, meals, etc. Due to limited presentation slots, vendor presentations are assigned on a first come, first served basis and sell out quickly every year.
Dinner Sponsorship Opportunities
Back by popular demand, a special dinner will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022. A keynote speaker will present during the event and live music will follow. The following is a list of available sponsorship opportunities:
Platinum Sponsorship – Benefits of this level included your company logo will be prominently displayed on literature and signage at the dinner. In addition, this level includes a reserved seating for your company and up to four (4) guest.
Cost – $1,000.00
Gold Sponsorship – Benefits of this level included your company logo will be displayed on literature and signage at the dinner. In addition, this level includes a reserved seating for your company and up to three (3) guest.
Cost – $750.00
Silver Sponsorship – Benefits of this level included your company name will be displayed on literature and signage at the dinner. In addition, this level includes a reserved seating for your company and up to two (2) guest.
