911 Legislation Update

December 13, 2023:
Governor Shapiro signed Act 34 of 2023 into law, which provides a much-needed increase in the state 911 fee beginning March 1, 2024.

Pennsylvania NENA is a local chapter of the National Emergency Number Association. Our membership includes both public & private sector 9-1-1 professionals whose mission is to foster the technological advancement, availability, and implementation of a universal emergency telephone number system.
